SARASATE, Pablo de (1844-1908). Spanish violinist and composer.
One-bar autograph musical quotation signed and dated 11 December 1899, laid down on the remains of an album leaf, ca 65 x 125 mm (3 x 5 inches). Characteristically, Sarasate has written out the notes of the open strings of the violin.
