RUSSELL, Bertrand, third Earl (1872-1970). Mathematician and philosopher.
Typewritten Letter Signed to H Huxley, 1 page 4to, Telegraph House, Harling, Petersfield, 20 August 1936. Asking permission to published two letters from Huxley's father to Russell's mother, in a collection of letters of his parents ('Please keep the letters if you care to have them').
Russell worked with Peter Spence, his fourth wife on The Amberley Papers, which he called a record of the brief life of my parents.
