Menu for the Cavendish Dinner, Cambridge, 1923, signed in pencil by Rutherford and 35 others, mostly physicists, some rather faintly, a little soiled. A remarkable souvenir with the signatures of many of the most distinguished physicists of the age.
Among those present are Sir James Chadwick, E N de C Andrade, F A Lindemann (later Lord Cherwell), Frederick Soddy, Sir J J Thomson, Sir E V Appleton, E C Stoner, J A Crowther, Sir William Bragg and C T R Wilson.
