Document Signed, 1 page folio (oblong) on vellum, partially printed, with blue revenue stamps, Whitehall, 1 August 1777. Signed also by two others. Appointing John Grundy of Spalding as Receiver General of parts of Lincolnshire in respect of the Land Tax. A Land Tax was imposed between 1692 and 1831, and was made perpetual in 1797.
