Autograph Letter Signed on a postcard to Dr Paul Ertel in Berlin, postmarked Munich, 4 January 1907. Asking Ertel to send the score of his violin concerto. With transcription and translation.
'Thank you for your wishes for 1907. In returning them, I would also ask you to have your publisher send me your solo violin concerto op. 17, as I think there may be a possibility of performing it at the Dresden festival! It has not yet been possible to reach agreement on the choice of orchestra.Wishing you every success on 10th January'
