Document Signed, 1 page large folio with embossed blue paper seal, given at St James's, 11 March 1895, countersigned by the fifth marquis of Lansdowne. Raising Pandia Schilizzi an officer in the third Battalion of the Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment) to the rank of second lieutenant.
