'... I have been rather waiting for explanation of one point. Some Taylor (sic) whose name I forget at this moment (but I have his bill) send me a charge for a Rifle Tunic for young Dennis! I don't recollect sanctioning this, but my memory is very bad, & I may have done so. He is in the neighbourhood but I have had no opportunity yet of speaking to him. ...'
