Typewritten Letter Signed to Mrs Trotter, 1 page 4to, Bateman's, Burwash, 6 June 1903. Regretting that he cannot get to London in time for her meeting, but espousing her cause with great enthusiasm.
'... Nobody who has travelled even up and down the line from the colony to Pretoria can fail to see the enormous amount of work that there is to be done, and of course away from the line that work is even more urgent.'
