WALLER, Robert Ferns (1913-2005). Poet, writer and radio producer. Extensive literary correspondence comprising ca 350 letters to Waller between 1936 and 1966, principally 1947-1955. Waller's residual archive, including letters of Charles Causley, Kenneth Clark, C. Day Lewis, Walter de La Mare, E.M. Forster, Graham Greene, L.P. Hartley, John Lehmann, Sonia Orwell, V.S. Pritchett and Stephen Spender. The following is a list of the principal correspondents with only brief notes in some cases of the contents of the letters. The majority of the letters are of some length and almost all are of literary content.
